From the 3 – 10 December, UNIFEM Australia have asked the NGO CEDAW delegates and other human rights consultants in Australia working on CEDAW to consistently visit this online site during this time to answer any questions or address comments about the CEDAW concluding observations.

This is an opportunity for us as rural women and our organisations to be involved in a conversation about gender equality dialogue, human rights processes and mechanisms etc.

One of the reasons they have chosen to host this discussion online is to address the voice of those who live in rural and remote areas.
